For organisations

Are you a charity or a social enterprise looking to embed or enhance impact management practice to build on the good work you do, communicate to stakeholders, secure funding and motivate your staff? Do you find it challenging to wade through all the different jargon, tools and frameworks designed to help you measure your impact?

Measuring the Good has been carefully designed to create sustainable change and enable organisations to embed an impact management culture and build a learning organisation. Past participants have used the outputs from the programme to improve their service delivery and improve funder engagement and successfully apply for funding. We have found that it can also provide a powerful means of engaging staff, volunteers and service user as it becomes clearer how their work makes a difference.
